It has the tulle over the top to hold everything in place
A lovers quilt – cool
Since I wanted this quilt to have a Victorian look I knew I had to incorporate a pretty lace.
This is definitely going to have a soft feminine look to it.
ohhh.. It is starting to have a romantic appearance.
