My “Little Forest” Christmas tree skirt

 

The beauty of a Christmas tree decorated with pretty ornaments always puts a person into the holiday spirit. As you look at this completed skirt you will see that each little tree is totally different than the one next to it. It is one of my original patterns. The skirt measures 20” in diameter, and made of felted wool. The trees are freehand machine stitched and embellished with rhinestones. The dark green background fabric is covered in roving wool, snippets of ribbon, threads, and Angelina fibers covered in bridal tulle. It is backed with light green felted wool and machine quilted. This lovely tree skirt would look great under your tree this holiday season.

All of the items I create are made in my pet free, smoke free home studio.
