My “Snowman Party” Christmas tree skirt

 

Snowmen have become one of the most loved images at Christmas time. I used that theme when I designed this Christmas tree skirt. It is one of my original patterns. The skirt measures 20” in diameter.  It is made of felted wool covered in roving wool, threads, Angelina fibers and sequins covered in a layer of tulle. The snowmen are appliquéd in place and embellished with thread painting, beads, buttons, and ribbons and yarn. It was then backed with mauve felted wool and machine quilted in a swirly design. If you want something under your Christmas tree this year that nobody else has, this is defiantly for you.

All of the items I create are made in my pet free, smoke free home studio.
